Show & Tell Newsletter

It’s Time for Show & Tell

Another of the many changes at CAFCA over the past few months is the creation of “Show and Tell,” our brand-new newsletter designed to keep you informed of everything happening at CAFCA and with our member agencies. The newsletter will begin using a bi-monthly format. If content and demand warrants it, we will consider adopting a monthly delivery format.

As the agency grows, the need for a mass communication tool such as a newsletter also grows. Fortunately, creating online publications is one of the strongsuits for CAFCA’s new Director of Development & Member Services, Dave Sevick, so putting the creation of the newsletter on the fast track was something Sevick and Becky Miller Updike, CAFCA Executive Director, immediately agreed on.

“With the impending growth and expansion taking place at CAFCA, we will be needing to keep everyone abreast of those changes in real time, or as close to real time as we can get. With new programs, new staff and,  hopefully, new member agencies coming on board, communication with our constituents will be even more important than ever before. We hope everyone will be as excited as we are,” said Miller Updike.

One of the key elements of the newsletter will be the distribution of news from our member agencies, which will ensure that everyone knows about their successes and accomplishments every other month.

If you have story ideas or an event or activity to include in Show & Tell, contact Dave here.
